For whatever the reason, you may return your item(s) in its original packaging within 14 business days of receipt. Item(s) damaged during shipping, must be reported immediately so that we can contact the carrier. Once your return is processed, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange the item(s) within 7 business days. We do not pay the return postage fee(s).
Here how it works:
Step 1. Fill out and submit the return request form. Once the request is received, we will email you a return authorization number (RAN) that must be included with the return. Click here to start the return process.
Step 2. Pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Do not forget to include the RAN with the return.
Step 3. Mail package to: Herbal Elf returns dept. PO BOX 26371 Charlotte NC, 28221. Then email us the tracking number. (support@herbalelf.com)
Step 4. Once your return is processed, we will arrange a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
